The function of automatic recording of the recorder state has been introduced with 2.7 version of the PC Corsac SQL programme. The monitor can inform the user both on the correct work of the calls recorder and the emergencies or arising threats. The threat can be e.g. the excess of the space on the disc designed to archive recordings and defined in the set-up.

The monitoring software checks the state of the recorder once or many times in line with the programmed procedure with the previously adopted frequency. The result of each action is recorded in the system and sent by e-mail to the indicated users. In addition, the entire history of monitoring along with its chronology - arising failures, threats, dates and times of failures, etc. - is recorded and stored in the data base.

Based on the messages popping up on the monitor the repairing or administrative actions can be taken automatically by the system.

A new module of CRM-Comers enables access with the http server to the data included in the system. Web module allows to define the mode of work (only reading or reading/ recording mode) and the scope of provided CRM system functionality.

PC Corsac IP systems are new hardware and software solutions realising the digital recording of the flow of the telephone calls run in the Internet. These calls can be run both with the use of software (softphone) and hardware VoIP solutions (IP gates). The recording is carried out in real time in many call channels simultaneously.

A standard version of PC CORSAC SQL is supplemented with the new player of recorded calls. Not only its appearance but, first of all, its functionality has been changed.
The current player can play the recorded calls at a changeable speed (acceleration +60%, slowdown -50%). It is also capable to export the entire calls or selected fragments of calls to different formats. It can support the encrypted recordings and synchronically present the messages popping up in the course of call on the phone screen.
