PC Corsac SQL telephone call recording systems have been equipped with an additional functionality. It is possible to record a PC screen view of the operator during a telephone call.
Video recordings are stored in the AVI format. Recording resolution is the same as screen resolution, which ensures high quality and readability of recordings.

A new software version for ModIP RS-TCP/IP converters is being installed on new devices since March. The software has been enhanced with the configuration function for modIP converters located in remote segments of the network. The function enables, among others, remote firmware update. It is available only for modIP converters equipped with firmware of the 1.5.23 version or beyond.
