PC-Columbus - network fax program

PC Columbus telecommunication program allows for using effectively the local computer network for the purpose of fax and telephone communication - answering machine and connecting telephone calls. One server equipped with a modem can be used by all authorised network users.

Fax files and title pages templates can be prepared with the use of fax editor. The fax editor also has an embedded service obsługę of a scanner.

Sending faxes and connecting phone calls can be planned in a useful wygodny plan of connections. The plan allows also for sending faxes to the groups of recipients - after clicking a few buttons with a mouse, a computer will send a mail to several tens or hundreds of recipients.

The dispatch of correspondence can be planned as urgent or in the period of the cheapest tariffs.

In the PC Columbus log of connections the collected odebrane answering machine recordings, fax files (in a comfortable format *.tif) can be allocated by the program administrator to relevant users or to all the persons working with the program. The log of connections allows to control connections established with the use of program, due to which it is often possible to reduce the costs of communication.

The program is equipped with a telephone directory in which the customer data is entered: address, telephone, fax, e-mail. Depending on the situation, the contact with a selected person can be established with the use of program in the most secure, most comfortable and the cheapest manner.
