The software architecture is based on the DCOM network objects, the database of any type, access through OLE DB, software configuration based on the XML technology.

PC-Atemis® are telephone systems allowing to automatically provide information over the phone.
PC reads to the calling persons the information included in the database, such as: current prices, exchange rates, account balances, etc. It is especially important in the case of changing information, recorded in the databases of other IT systems The operator's assistance is not required here.
The system identifies the searched information in the databases and reads it by way of using the previously recorded templates of numbers, words and messages.
Within additional options it is possible to run statistics in relation to which information, how many times and possibly to whom (identification of interlocutors) was provided by the system Access rights to some information can be also specified.
  • system can handle from one to several telephone lines concurrently
  • while calling a specified number the customers can access any information using the tone keys in their phone set - generating relevant DTMF codes
  • the database can e.g. include price lists, account balances, settlements, exchange rates, and other data that are frequently updated
  • the information is presented to the customer with the announcer's voice. The computer checks the calling person's authorisations and reads the indicated data.
The PC-Atemis® system scenario determines the manner of presenting information over the phone It is organised in the form of reversed tree, on which the calling person can move using the tone keys in his phone set. Acting in line with the presented information the customer can access the required information by way of pressing relevant keys in his phone set.
