The system replaces an operator in alerting large groups of subscribers by phone
The system initiates the connection, passes a previously selected voice message and records the answer
Possibilities
- The number of alerted subscribers per hour depends on the number of used channels. The system can concurrently handle 1 - 7 telephone lines
- Up to 16 different lists (groups) can be created which include the subscribers to be alerted Each subscriber can be included in one or many lists (groups).
- It is possible to record up to 16 different types of voice information - messages, passed in the course of alerting.
- Received message can be confirmed by voice or by a specific DTMF code.
- The system monitors the flow of alerting on an on-going basis - it generates relevant reports and the statistics of alerted and non-alerted persons as well as allows for hearing the confirmations of alerted subscribers.
- The system archives the history (flow) of all the performed alarms and prints relevant reports and lists.
