CRM-Comers
systems supporting trade and marketing operations of the company

Some system tools:
The most essential tools to support sales staff include:
  • automatic mailing of e-mail or fax correspondence to groups of customers with subsequent incorporation of the content into the history of contact with each of the customers,
  • assistance in conducting telephone calls through automatic dialling each of the pre-programmed contacts, recording the conversation and automatic saving of the conversation in the contact history (optional, dependent on the telecommunication infrastructure)
  • analysis and processing of data on customers and company actions based on several different criteria, plus searching of the required information in the data base and presentation in the required form. Possibilities are numerous, e.g. contact lists, lists of prospects who have not responded to quotations, list of enquiries to be followed up, list of customers being looked after by particular members of sales team etc.
  • the system incorporates archives of correspondence to keep track of all communications with particular customers/suppliers. Is also enables instant access to ready e-mail, fax and letter templates.
  • the system incorporates archives of all sales and servicing documents - offers, agreements, claims, protocols etc., all stored in electronic form.
  • planning of important dates and agenda is conducted on two levels - one level incorporates all customers or suppliers or groups, while the other includes all company employees. The staff can plan their actions individually and have tasks delegated to them by the management. CRM-Comers may remind about dates or actions to be carried out at a given date. It can also manage scheduled maintenance and servicing and in some cases control the extent of operations that have been completed.
  • CRM-Comers program utilizes a system of context prompts to minimise the time and effort required to enter new data and minimise the risk of errors.
The standard program version does not include the function of monitoring web site visits (webbing) and recording in the customer base the visits of these employees and businesses, who are recognised by the system as the customers registered by us. It also records what these customers are interested in.
In addition, the standard version does not include the function of data entry to the system by the mobile sales staff. During their work they can enter the data into notebooks or palmtops and then transmit them to the head-office.
