Functionality
The core standard functions of PC Corsac® application include:
  • Telephone call recording on analogue lines, ISDN BRA and PRA digital lines with digital telephones made by different manufacturers of PBX, as well as recording of radio-telephone calls.
  • Possibility to change or expand the system with additional telephone or radiotelephone lines.
  • Possibility to listen to the recordings at other PC workstations in LAN or WAN.
  • Advance recording, function for radio-telephones.
  • Decoding of FSK or DTMF signals for analogue lines - including CLIP.
  • Different criteria to recognize the moment to commence recording:
    • picking up a handset,
    • increase of the signal level - vox,
    • S0 or U interface protocol.
  • Automatic recording of the caller's number, if it is made available by the PBX.
  • Automatic recording of the call's direction.
  • Possibility to add comments to the recorded calls.
  • Sorting calls according to the selected criterion.
  • Filtering the recorded calls per:
    • date of call's recording
    • time of calls' duration
    • caller's number
    • call's direction
    • comments
  • Possibility to record individual calls in the file of *.wav. format,
  • System of access rights to browse and manage the database of recordings.
  • Generating additional reports, statistics and lists of stored recordings,
  • Core server archive allowing to collect recordings with the total time of min. 4000h.
  • Possibility automatically deleting some recordings in line with the adopted criterion, e.g. deleting the oldest recordings.
  • Possibility to use system security features available in Windows 2000/XP and SQL data bases.
  • Additional security for the access to recordings at the application level.
Alongside the application's standard functions it is possible to add additional options:
  • Remote system monitoring and set up.
  • Co-operation with the PBX via a CTI interface.
  • Signalling of the status of telephone line and the status of system power supply.
  • Switching on the recording by the user, separately for each channel at the application level.
  • Adding a multi-level system of securities for the stored recordings.
  • Monitoring of the archive size.
  • Eavesdropping on a selected telephone call.
  • On-line or off-line compression of recordings.
  • Individual algorithms of recordings encryption.
  • Additional criteria for commencing recordings - only defined numbers, signalled by CTI.
  • Statistics of types, volumes and sources of stored recordings.
  • Possibility to add an additional archive with the capacity 3 to 30 times larger than the core one.
  • System alert on critical situations.
  • Exporting of selected recordings or groups of recordings to any medium.
  • Integration with user's software such as call centre, contact centre or CRM.
  • Adding a short message before the recording is commenced.
  • Displaying of the caller's number before the call is started.
