Video recorder - PC Corcac VR

PCCorsacSQL telephone call recording systems can be equipped with an additional functionality. It is possible to record a PC screen view of the operator during a telephone call.

Video recording is performed by the additional PCCorsacSQL module installed on a computer used by the operator whose activity is to be recorded. Recording is initiated when the operator starts his telephone call. Video recording is synchronized with audio recording. When the telephone call is recorded and played-back, the whole activity of the caller’s work station is recorded in a video file.

Video recordings are stored in the AVI format. Recording resolution is the same as screen resolution, which ensures high quality and readability of recordings. The following video codecs are used: Microsoft video 1 (available within the system) and ZMBV (which requires a separate licence and installation).

Triggering video recording can be initiated not only by means of recoding a telephone call but also by other external events e.g. when a specific application is run automatically or manually by the operator.

The video player widow can be displayed in the centre of the screen or it can be attached to the edge of the call player widow.

The displayed view is always synchronised with the process of the call that is played back.

The player with a detached video window - an optional position and size of the video window.
