Technical support
In case of problems with our modems, please:
  • check if the modem is connected to an adequate port (COM) with a suitable interrupt request (IRQ) - the modem's port is provided in the Control Panel / System/ Modems and the number of IRQ corresponding to the modem's port is provided in the Control Panel/ System/ Computer; no other device can have the same IRQ number as the modem;
  • check if the Diagnostics / Additional Information works in the Control Panel / Modems - the set of AT commands and answers to them should appear in the window of Additional Information;
  • check if the modem works with other computers (if possible);
  • reinstal the drivers.

Problem Solution
If the telecommunication link is weak the modem breaks the connection with Internet Reduce the max. speed of modem transmission - enter +ms=12,1,300,40000,1,0,33600 (for the 56000 modem) in the Control Panel / Modems / Properties / Connection / Advanced / Additional Information. The value 40000 can be increased or decreased depending on the quality of connection, in line with the description in the instruction for the AT+MS=n command


Additional set up for the Multinet-callback service. Enter &c0&s0s0=1 in the Control Panel / Modems / Properties / Advanced / Additional Information.
The service support in the mode of telephone consultation w trybie konsultacji telefonicznych, direct technical support, software update, etc. is provided to all the legal and registered users of our hardware/ software.
