In order to get access to the technical help provided by the software manufacturer and have a possibility of purchasing new software releases at special prices the filled in voucher appended to the software should be sent or the below form should be filled in.
Technical help
If the PC Columbus program begins to operate in an unexpected way, please:
- check the modem carefully: if it is connected to an relevant port odpowiedniego portu with appropriate interrupt (IRQ), if Diagnostics/ Additional Information works in the Control Panel / Modems, if the modem works with other modem programs, e.g. with the HyperTerminal;
- repeat an improper operation to and from a few subscribers;
- reinstall the program;
- check the network and the accessibility of directories, if the problem is detected at the position / at the station na stanowisku of network customer.

| The CODEBASE error at the attempt of connection with the server. | 1. Check if the Users directory is available in line with the instruction / according to the instruction. 2. In the Windows (WinNT) directory find the wintelNT.ini file and in the first section - [General] add the security=0 line both on the server and on the client. |
| The program logging takes a lot of time, frequently inefficiently. | Add the program server computer to the client hosts file. |
